He was an ardent and faithful member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish in Peralta, New Mexico. Eusebio enlisted in the US Navy and served in the Pacific Ocean Theater during World War II. He married Aurora Padilla and together they raised four children in Albuquerque. Eusebio was proud to retire from the IRS after thirty years and relocated to Bosque Farms in 1988.
