Jolenta) Stephens Jr. of Kailua-Kona, Harvey (Carole) Stephens of Torrance, Calif., David Stephens of Waimanalo, Oahu, and Everett (Nadine) Stephens of Waimanalo, Oahu; sisters, June Stephens of San Leandro, Calif., Alma (George) Mai of Waimanalo, Oahu, Marcel (Emerick) Kahue of Papakolea, Oahu; one grandson, numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements by Cremation Services of West Hawaii. Leinaala Delores Teves, 82, of Ocean View died Aug. 18 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in San Francisco, she was a former supervisor at the Dole Pineapple Co., a hairdresser, teacher at Punana Leo, the first woman from Hawaii to join the WAC and was a U.S. Army veteran. Friends may call 9-10 a.m. Sept. 10 at Pukaana Congregational Church in Kealia; memorial service at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Survived by husband, Harold Teves of Ocean View; sons, David Teves of Hilo, Ehukai Teves of Hawaiian Acres, Puuloa (Martha) Teves of Kauai and Kamalei (Leeann) Teves of Kapolei, Oahu; sister, Leialoha (Dick) Handley of Pittsburgh; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
